Outreach Manager
Tania holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Technology/Accounting from Rogue Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Innovation and Leadership with a minor in Spanish from Southern Oregon University.
With six years of experience in acute healthcare, Tania has developed a deep understanding of compassion and the importance of helping others. She is deeply committed to the idea that no one should ever face the hardship of going to bed hungry. This belief fuels her passion for community care, motivating her to find solutions that ensure everyone has access to the nourishment they need.
After losing her home in the Almeda wildfire of 2020, Tania was introduced to Rogue Food Unites, receiving immediate support through their response efforts. Tania soon recognized that the organization shared her own mission of compassion and helping others, and she quickly became a passionate advocate for its cause. "Rogue Food Unites (RFU) uses food to heal individuals and communities during times of crisis." Inspired by this purpose, Tania is dedicated to supporting initiatives that address food insecurity and strengthen community resilience.
Outside of her professional work, Tania has discovered a love for baking. She finds joy in crafting delicious treats for her children, viewing food as a magical force that brings people together and creates cherished memories.
