Jeff Nichols holds a BS in psychology with a business minor from the University of Oregon and boasts over 15 years of experience in non-profits specializing in substance abuse, mental health, harm reduction, and prevention-based services.

At RFU, he wholeheartedly supports the organization's mission to partner with local food businesses, delivering fresh, nutritious, and shelf-stable ingredients to communities across Oregon. RFU not only meets the fundamental right to food but also strengthens local economies, preserves jobs, and fosters community resilience, ensuring food security and sovereignty in the region.

When Jeff isn't championing food justice, you'll find him in Ashland with his wife and two young daughters. He's a fan of camping, river rafting, and getting his hands dirty in the garden—activities that reflect his love for family, nature, and community.
