Melina Barker has spent most of her career working in farm to school. She has coordinated education programs, led farm field trips, prepared local food with kids of all ages, brokered local sales to schools, led training and professional development programs and advocated to the state legislature. She is currently the Director of the Oregon Farm to School Network and enjoys supporting farm to school and school garden programs across the state. 

Melina is thrilled to support RFU and be a part of the important and heart-centered work that the staff do so well. Melina lives on a small homestead in Ashland with her family, a few chickens, and far too many fruit trees.
